Hey, I’m Lo! A 49-year-old husband, dad of three (ages 16, 13, and 6), and lifelong storyteller who loves politics, sports, parenting chaos, and pop culture meltdowns.

By day, I work in photography and video production, often partnering with my wife to help brands in the architecture and design space tell their stories visually. But my passion project? That’s The LoDown, a podcast I created to say the things we’re all thinking but aren’t always sure we’re allowed to say out loud.

It’s real talk with late-night energy, covering everything from political absurdity to youth sports drama, from what it means to raise decent humans to what just broke the internet five minutes ago.

This platform is about building community-powered content,  with real people like you helping to shape it. I’m glad you’re part of this.
